Is accrue real estate a good company?

I signed up with and bought a property through Accrue Real Estate. Here's what I'll say - its a mixed bag. They get full marks for being attentive and courteous, and they do their research. The property we bought through them was pretty good and is yielding results.

STAY AWAY FROM ACCRUE REAL ESTATE SCAM: This is a dodgy company, they charge between 42k to 55K commission from any developer and sell it to hard working Australians. They are giving financial advice although it’s highly illegal. All their properties are off the plan and about 50K overpriced. Be careful and worn your family and friends from them.
